    The Ambitiouz Entertainment Singer/Songwriter brought home The International Viewers’ Choice Best New Act Award.

    South Africans who didn’t stay up to watch the Black Entertainment Awards (BET) woke up to some exciting news of Sjava winning the award for the Viewer’s Choice Best International Act.

    The awards took place Sunday night; 24 June 2018 at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles, USA and were hosted by entertainer, Jamie Foxx.

    Twitter and other social networks were flooded with congratulatory messages to the Ambitiouz Entertainment records singer and song writer whose real name is Jabulani Hadebe.

    The Minister of Arts and Culture Nathi Mthethwa tweeted a picture of Sjava with his award and congratulated him for bringing the award home.

    You are a shining example of how important it is to be authentically African and how impactful South African musicians are internationally.

    Sjava went to collect his award wearing a traditional Zulu attire and gave a moving acceptance speech.
