The South African National Roads Agency have tweeted footage of a bus moving backwards into fast flowing traffic after apparent mechanical failure.
According to the tweet “somebody forgot to engage the handbrake” after the bus driver and all passengers had disembarked.
The road agency has said that it took their team almost two hours to secure and clear the scene.
