    Glaskasteel: Bredasdorp. The Cape Agulhas Municipality has elected a new Youth Council.

    The Council was elected following a two day Open Space Youth Summit held from 23 March 2019 at Glaskasteel, Bredasdorp.

    The Summit which deliberated on the Municipal Youth Policy, elected the following Council Members from across The Cape Agulhas Municipality:

    Ludumo Diniso of Bredasdorp as the Chairperson

    Shade Williams from Struisbaai as Deputy Chairperson

    Amelia Lewis from Protem as Secretary

    Whitney Jones from Arniston as Treasurer

    Other Council members elected are

    Brenden Bentley from Napier; Llovellyn Mathews from Bredasdorp; Sonto Ngcongo from Bredasdorp; Lurenzo Hendricks from Struisbaai; Shanika Mahala from Klipdale; Tyrese Isaacs from Elim; Refilwe Ntsapo and Precious Garai Mushonga from Bredasdorp.
