    Axxess and Afrihost customers using Cell C LTE data are still not able to access internet following LTE network outage which hit across the country since Friday 14 December 2019 morning.

    As at Wednesday 19 December 2019 morning, there is still no data service and according to Axxess consultant we spoke with, still no ETR. 

    According to the consultant, Cell C engineers are still trying to establish what is wrong with their LTE.

    Axxess customer care consultant has on Tuesday 18 December 2019 told the South African Report that Cell C engineers are still trying to find fault with their LTE network and that there is still no ETR
