Two suspects have been arrested for the murder of two security guards who were murdered in Hillbrow a week ago on Monday 11 February 2019.
According to Police in Gauteng, the suspects were arrested in Berea and Hillbrow on Saturday 16 February 2019 after intelligence driven information.
The two are part of five who are alleged to have accosted two security guards aged 45 and 50, who were at the time inside their vehicle and fatally shot them. One firearm was taken from them. According to the Police, the firearm with a magazine and rounds was recovered after arresting the first suspect.
The search for the three suspects who are still at large is continuing and the two arrested will appear in court Monday 18 February 2019.
